We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 1:00PM MST, or within the next two business days. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. NASCAR Central is a direct ship store
for most of its products which allows us to provide you with great discounts on your favorite gear and collectibles. This does make us subject to our Distributors and Manufactures
policies for all returns though. NASCAR Central offers a 15 day exchange
or money back guarantee on all products against defects, wrong product
or damages. This does not cover ordering the wrong size or damage from
the customer. There are NO REFUNDS AFTER 15 DAYS! All items must be
returned unworn, as originally packaged, in new condition and with all tags attached. All
returns must be approved by NASCAR Central via e-mail. You will be
given a
Return Merchandise Authorization number which must be printed on the
outside of the returned box. Customer is responsible for ALL RETURN SHIPPING
CHARGES. If an item is returned that was offered free shipping, the
customer will be charged for those shipping charges and it will not be
included in the refund or exchange amount. Damaged
outer packages should be reported to the shipper and a claim filed by
you so that we can be reimbursed by UPS or the liable shipper and a
replacement or
refund issued to you. Products returned without our authorization, are not damaged
or wrong product will
be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any package refused and/or
redirected back to us will be charged a $20.00 fee for additional
shipping. Any product that is exchanged for a different size will be
charged $15.00 for shipping of the new jacket and is subject to a 20%
restocking fee. Any
jacket returned or exchanged that is dirty, smelling of smoke
or showing signs of being worn or washed will be sent back to the
customer after a $15.00 shipping fee; No refunds or exchanges will be
allowed for these damaged jackets.

affiliated staff are responsible for discrepancies or errors in sizes provided

Shipping Time -- Orders typically ship same day or within 24 hours of being received and processed. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
Included with our own inventory, we use multiple licensed manufactures and distributors to send out our product. For this reason you may notice higher pricing on some orders if they are coming from different locations. We apologize for this though in order to keep up with a large inventory of the latest in NASCAR merchandise we have to use this process. You are always welcome to email us and we will try to find a way to reduce this cost where possible.
We proudly use UPS for most all orders, including tracking numbers from UPS. When possible we will combine items in a shipment though due to our inventory shipping from different locations, this is often not possible. For this reason most items have a per item shipping charge and we then sometimes discount shipping on larger orders.
We work very hard to get your products to you as quickly as possible though we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive due to our different shipping locations. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by NASCARcentral.com only as an estimate. Accurate email and client information will assist us on informing you of any unforeseen delays in your order.
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Utah. For orders shipped to other states, you the customer are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
